New partnership leverages assets to offer integrated SonicView™ call recording and reporting application to collection agencies and law firms using Collection-Master® software
TriVium Systems, Inc. and Commercial Legal Software, Inc. (CLS) announced today they have formed a strategic partnership to offer integrated call recording and reporting capabilities for firms running Collection-Master legal software. TriVium’s flagship product, SonicView Call Recording and Reporting, allows users to search calls by client ID, date/time, call duration, agent, agent extension, and any combination of these or other options. Users can also play back, analyze and share calls.
With the SonicView and Collection-Master interfaces, users can track calls based on account numbers. This makes it possible to pull up any recorded call, to or from a specific debtor. By reviewing recorded calls, managers have the ability to reward top performing agents and help other agents reach their maximum potential.
